Jim,
I contacted some friends at DoD and showed them the images of your little unidentified. They in turn contacted Lock-Mart to see if they knew anything about it.
According to them the craft looks remarkably similar in shape and size to the cancelled X-38 even down to the parafoil. 
They have requested a team come down to inspect the craft in detail. If possible they would like to perform a thorough investigation which might entail disassembly of the craft. This will be left up to your discretion.
